Alert Women!! How your eye makeup will harm your eye health, take care!!
These days, many women or girls wear eye makeup without knowing the fact that these eye make-ups could harm their eye health if not used or removed properly. It is true that the delicate skin around the eyes is more prone for infections, irritation etc. When certain products are applied near the eyes, then it could lead to clogging of the glands plus introduce bacteria, cause inflammation and dryness etc. Eye health would get affected due to poor hygiene practices and due to use of expired products etc. Various ways by which eye makeup would harm our eyes are Incomplete removal of makeup: Not removing the eye makeup or sleeping with eye makeup can lead to issues. There are chances of eye irritation, eye infection and inflammation etc. Point is that in the long term it can lead to dark circles getting worse and dryness and increased sensitivity around eyes etc. Eye infections etc: When the makeup brushes are not cleaned well or shared with others, then it can lead to eye infections etc. There are possibilities of getting pink eye or conjunctivitis, more severe infections such as keratitis etc. Please be careful. Bitter fact is that these tiny particles could lodge in the tear ducts or irritate conjunctiva leading to redness, watery etc. Promotes mites overgrowth: Oils and debris could build up around the eyelashes due to improper removal of eye makeup. It is worthy to note that demodex mites could breed well in this environment. Point is that these mites would be present in eyelash follicles and could lead to inflammation of eyelids or blepharitis. Is your kid not studying well these days, getting irritated more easily, not mingling with other kids etc, then parents please be careful!! The life of a kid would not always be smooth. On one day, the kids might be very happy while on other days they might be in distress or unhappy. There are some kids who would not reveal their cause for distress even to their parents also. In such a scenario, it is the duty of the parent to identify certain behavioural signs of their kids. Truth is that early awareness and support from the parents would go a long way in making a huge difference to a kid`s life. Various behavioural signs in the kids that parents must not ignore are Emotional withdrawal and irritability: Parents must not ignore if their child loses interest in certain activities thy once loved. Bitter fact is that this interest loss coupled with extreme irritability could be due to depression, anxiety etc. A kid`s silent cry for help is often shown by sudden withdrawal from the activity. In such a scenario, parents must show compassion to their kids. Constantly saying lies etc: Parents might be wrong if they consider the constant lying of their kids is due to their mischief nature. What is glomerulonephritis – Its causes, symptoms, treatment etc!!
Located within nephron is a specialized bundle of capillaries that acts as a primary filtering unit in the kidneys is glomerulus. The main function of glomerulus is to filter blood by removing waste products etc and initiate urine formation. In some persons, glomerulus would get inflamed and this condition is termed as glomerulonephritis or GN. Normal functioning of kidneys would get affected by glomerulonephritis. Reasons for glomerulonephritis are Autoimmune diseases: It must be noted that diseases like lupus etc can cause the body`s immune system to mistakenly attack the healthy kidney tissues. This can result in glomerulonephritis. Infections: There are chances of getting glomerulonephritic condition due to hepatitis B and C, HIV etc. Other viruses or bacteria can also lead to this condition in us. Please be careful and take care. Vasculitis: It is noteworthy that vasculitis can also be a cause for glomerulonephritis. Vasculitis, refers to a group of diseases where the blood vessels become inflamed. Nephropathy: Inflammation of glomerulus can also occur due to nephropathy. Nephropathy refers to any damage to the kidneys causing kidney failure. Medical conditions: We can also get glomerulonephritis if we have health conditions like BP or diabetes etc also. Symptoms that are associated with glomerulonephritis are Persons with glomerulonephritis would show various symptoms like blood in the urine, foamy urine, swelling of hands/ feet/ abdomen etc, high BP, fatigue and weakness etc. Management & treatment: Adhering to the recommended treatment plan is very important.
