The uric acid would get eliminated in the urine. In certain persons, their bodies would have excess of uric acid and their kidneys won`t be able to eliminate uric acid. This could result in a condition termed hyperuricemia. This can further lead to gout or a kind of arthritis or kidney stones etc. Persons who have high uric acid levels in them must avoid these foods compulsorily. Avoid organ meats intake: It is noteworthy that organ meats have high amounts of purines in them. Consuming organ meats would increase the uric acid levels. Avoid full fat dairy foods intake: Full fat dairy foods such as paneer and milk contain saturated fats. By this, the kidneys would become less capable of eliminating uric acid. Beware of these eating habits that can cause inflammation in us, take care!!
We all would have experienced inflammation at some point of time in our lives. Our body has got its own way of saying that something is not right. These are the unhealthy eating habits that can lead to inflammation in us. Intake of too much of processed foods: There are possibilities of developing inflammation if we eat excess processed foods like burgers, candies, potato chips etc. It was brought out by a research study in 2022 that intake of excessive amounts of processed foods could lead to inflammation in us. It is learnt that regular intake of ultra processed foods having refined ingredients and additives etc would disrupt the functioning of the digestive system. Intake of excess amounts of sugars: One important question would be how much sugar is too much sugar.
